AIIMS Creator Hub
Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
AIIMS Creator Hub is the creator, podcast and production division of AIIMS Group (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information the AIIMS Creator Hub website and portal (aiims-creator-hub.vercel.app) collect, why, and how we handle it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Campaign requests and enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number, website and the campaign details you choose (audience, shows, products, timing and budget).
- Podcast applications: your name, role, email, phone number and the details you give us about your podcast.
- Portal accounts: name, email address, role and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
- Connected platform accounts: when a show connects YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, we receive read-only access to that account's public profile and performance statistics (for example follower counts, views, reach, engagement on posts and videos, and aggregated audience demographics). We do not receive passwords, private messages or the ability to post on the account's behalf.
- Technical information: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to the portal, and basic request details (browser type and referring page) recorded with form submissions to help prevent spam.
How we use it
- To respond to campaign requests, enquiries and applications, and to plan and book campaigns.
- To show advertisers audience statistics for the shows on our network. Platform data is shown as aggregated figures, never as information about individual viewers.
- To run the portal: sign-in, invitations, password resets and notifications.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use platform data for advertising profiles or share it with advertisers beyond the aggregated statistics shown on the website.
TikTok, YouTube and Instagram data
Connections to TikTok, YouTube (Google) and Instagram (Meta) use each platform's official sign-in. Access tokens are stored in private storage, used only to retrieve statistics for the connected show, and refreshed automatically. A show can disconnect a platform at any time from the portal, after which we stop retrieving data and delete the stored token. You can also remove access from the platform's own settings. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, and our use of TikTok and Meta data follows their developer terms.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website, who process information on our behalf:
- Vercel, for hosting and file storage.
- Resend, for sending email such as invitations and notifications.
- Google, Meta and TikTok, when a show connects its accounts.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep campaign requests, enquiries and applications for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. Portal accounts are kept until they are removed. Platform statistics are refreshed regularly and connection tokens are deleted when a platform is disconnected.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@aiims.group. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
