Terms of Service

These terms apply to the AIIMS Creator Hub website and portal (aiims-creator-hub.vercel.app), operated by AIIMS Group (“we”, “us”). By using the website or portal you agree to these terms.

Audience figures and estimates

Audience statistics come from the platforms where a show's account is connected. Figures marked “Sample” are indicative until an account is connected. Campaign estimates and reach figures shown in the campaign builder are a guide only and are not a guarantee of results.

Campaign requests

Submitting a campaign request or enquiry does not create a booking or a binding agreement. Our team will confirm availability, final pricing and terms with you in writing before any campaign goes ahead. You must have the rights to any logos, creative and other material you provide for a campaign, and you remain responsible for that material.

Podcast applications

Applying to bring your podcast into the network does not guarantee acceptance. Any partnership is subject to a separate written agreement.

Portal accounts and connected platforms

• Portal access is by invitation. Keep your login details secure and let us know straight away if you think your account has been misused.
• Show teams may connect their own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts. Connections are read-only and are used to display the show's statistics on the website. You can disconnect at any time from the portal.
• Only connect accounts you are authorised to manage. Use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website or portal, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or submitting false, unlawful or infringing material.

Intellectual property

The website, show names, artwork, logos and content belong to AIIMS Group, the shows or their respective owners. You may not reuse them without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we provide the website “as is” and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
